LTV
Working in LTV during my sophomore year was such a fun and eye-opening experience. I got to learn the basics of editing, like how to cut clips, add transitions, and piece together stories that actually made sense on screen. It was exciting to be behind the scenes, seeing how everything came together, and it felt really rewarding to be part of a team that brought our school’s news and creative content to life.
IRONMAN
One of the coolest projects I worked on with my partner Marti was editing an iconic Iron Man clip. We had to completely recreate the sound design for a 45-second scene, which meant finding the perfect sound effects, background music, and cuts to match the action and emotion. It was challenging but super fun experimenting with different audio layers and making sure each sound fit just right. In the end, it was awesome to see how our edits brought the scene to life in a totally new way.
Partner Commentary
For this segment, my partner and I teamed up as a dynamic duo to create a commentary focused on the cons of fast food. We dove into the negative effects it can have on health, the environment, and even local businesses. It was a great opportunity to research, script, and deliver a clear message together. We worked hard to balance facts with personality, making sure our commentary was both informative and engaging. It was one of those projects that really showed how well we could collaborate and bring out the best in each other's ideas.
